GOVERNMENT TRANSACTIONS OFFICER

Deira, Dubai

We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our team as Government Transactions Officers. The ideal candidates should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience working in Amer Centers, typing centers, government transaction offices, or PRO/document processing services in the UAE. Responsibilities include handling Dubai Economy (DED) transactions such as new licenses, renewals, and amendments, as well as processing Amer Center services including visa typing, entry permits, cancellations, medical applications, and Emirates ID procedures. Candidates must be proficient in preparing and submitting government forms and coordinating with portals such as GDRFA, MOHRE, DHA, and ICP. Fast and accurate typing in English is essential, with Arabic being an added advantage. Strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and the ability to deliver timely and accurate client services are key. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.

VISA TYPING EXECUTIVE

Deira, Dubai

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Visa Typing Executive to join our team at Tamasuk Documents Clearing Services L.L.C. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Amer Centers, Typing Centers, or Government Transaction Centers within the UAE. Responsibilities include handling DED (Dubai Economy) services such as new licenses, renewals, and modifications, as well as managing all Amer Center processes including UAE visa typing, entry permits, cancellations, medical applications, and Emirates ID submissions. The candidate should be proficient in preparing government forms, coordinating with key UAE portals like GDRFA, MOHRE, DHA, and ICP, and delivering timely, accurate service to clients. Strong English typing skills are essential, with Arabic typing considered an advantage. Applicants must have excellent communication and organizational abilities and should be ready to join immediately.

DOCUMENT ATTESTATION OFFICER

Deira, Dubai

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Document Attestation Officer (In-House) to join our team at Tamasuk Documents Clearing Services L.L.C. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing complete UAE and international document attestation processes without outsourcing. Responsibilities include handling various types of documents such as educational, commercial, birth, marriage, death certificates, and Power of Attorney, and processing them through MOFAIC, notary services, embassies, and other UAE departments. The candidate must be able to personally visit government offices and embassies for stamping, manage courier submissions, and provide clients with regular status updates. A strong understanding of attestation procedures, embassy requirements, and UAE documentation standards is essential. A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage. The selected candidate should be capable of managing the entire attestation process independently with attention to detail and professionalism.

TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Deira, Dubai

We are seeking a well-experienced Travel Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing travel services independently. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling the entire travel section, including holiday package bookings, international and domestic flight ticket reservations, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, and visa assistance. This role requires someone who can confidently manage client inquiries, suggest suitable travel options, prepare customized itineraries, and ensure smooth end-to-end travel arrangements. Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.), airline portals, and travel booking platforms is essential. The candidate must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality travel services.
